  • Group Sound Bath

    Do you need a reason to get together? Try something relaxing for self-care for the group. When we take care and rejuvenate ourselves, we have the energy to care for those around us with more loving kindness. Attendees recline in a chair or on a yoga mat, supported by pillows, blankets and other comfy items. Resting peacefully as soothing sounds are played using ancient healing instruments such as singing bowls and chimes, etc. It’s a rewarding community activity that can result in reduced stress, enhanced wellbeing and feelings of peaceful serenity within.

    The practice originated in 1995. Scientific studies show that the body cannot differentiate between real & voluntary laughter, with the same health benefits. It is called laughter yoga because it combines exercise and breathing, bringing more oxygen to the brain making us feel more energetic and healthy. We initiate laughter as a group, with eye contact, and use child-like playfulness that turns into contagious laughter. The concept is that anyone can laugh without humorous jokes or comedy. Participants are guaranteed to feel better after one session, so much so that they wish to comeback over and over again!

    Therapeutic Himalayan bowls are placed on the body and are gently struck creating a soothing sound & vibration. This technique is used to lower stress hormones, calm the nervous system and create a peaceful feeling in the mind and body.

    Sound therapy is one way of balancing sound waves and frequencies in the external environment with the internal waves and frequencies of the human body. Use of soothing sounds promotes peace and harmony in an atmosphere often full of distress and pain.

  • Couples Sound Bath

    Share your sound experience with your partner, a family member or a friend. As you are seated or reclined, meditate in the soothing sounds of ancient healing instruments. Scientifically proven to decrease the “fight or flight” hormones in the body and increase the “rest and digest” ones. Most people report feeling more calm and peaceful after sharing this experience.

Practicing on a regular basis helps the body return to homeostasis, balance and wellness.

  • Corporate or Community Group Sound Bath Bookings

    Looking for a unique group activity for your organization? Try relaxation and self-care through a group sound bath. Attendees will participate either seated or reclined while bathed in the soothing sounds from a multitude of ancient instruments ranging from bells and chimes to singing bowls, drums and gongs. This form of relaxation has been scientifically proven to lower blood pressure and stress hormones resulting in bringing the mind and body back into harmony.
