The Winter Solstice has been a time of reemergence for millennia. Together, we will rekindle the radiant light within as we prepare to step from the darkness of winter into the light.
This 90 minute celebration includes a yoga practice, guided meditation, sounds meditation, intention setting, burning ceremony and warming the spirit!
