Sound Therapy for Those Affected by Cancer

We all know how quickly a favorite song can lift our mood and transport us away from our troubles. Sound healing can do this through chanting and mantra, gongs and crystal singing bowls, voice intonation, drumming and other sounds. The benefits can provide relaxation, peace, and pain relief.

About the event
The sound meditation events are held twice a month at the April Sampson Cancer Center. They are either in the open space or one of the conference rooms. Events are sponsored by Bryan Health and Cancer Partners of Nebraska and admission is FREE to all.
Chairs are provided but you may also bring a yoga mat and blanket for the 1 hour long sessions.
