Start the new year off with this unique experience combining the health benefits of herbal tea with a meditative, healing sound bath. Sound bathing, or sound therapy, allows you to “bath in” the soothing sounds produced by the use of gongs, singing bowls and other ancient instruments bringing yourself into a calm and easeful state, while enjoying the health benefits of herbal tea blends designed to complete the soothing experience.
