A sound healing journey through the chakras, using metal Himalayan singing bowls, a Chinese Chau gong, a monochord and vocal toning. Let go of stress, anxiety, and anything that no longer serves you as you float in an indoor heated swimming pool.
Relax, unwind, and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Experience a deep sense of peace and tranquility, and connect with your inner self.
We will begin with some gentle movement before heading to the pool area for the floating sound Journey.
