🌕 Community Gong Bath

This is a fully immersive sound experience. Several gongs and chimes will be played during your sound journey.

The first 10-15 minutes will include a brief introduction, some breathwork, short guided visualization and intention setting with aromatherapy. There will be a few minutes for reflection, questions or for participants to just get up and head out quietly:

Please bring your own pillows and blankets and any additional props to make your body more comfortable as you rest in stillness for this one-hour immersion of magical and mysteriously grounding sound frequencies.

This is your time to completely let go and rest.
