About the event
Enjoy this fully immersive gong bath experience. Several gongs and chimes will be played during your sound journey. Bathe in the sounds of ancient and ethereal healing sounds of the gong.
Please bring your own yoga mats, pillows and blankets, and any additional props to make your body most comfortable. You will rest in stillness, for 50-minute, in this sonic immersion of magical and mysteriously grounding sound frequencies.
The event will begin with a short intro, some basic breathwork, a bit of guided visualization followed by intention setting, aromatherapy and gong meditation. The session will finish with an easeful return to awareness followed by time for reflection, questions and journaling if you chose, or you can just quietly slip out and enjoy the peaceful vibes.
It is “your time” to completely let go and to rest.
