About
Samantha Gallentine, Licensed Certified Sound Therapy practitioners, medical professional, wife and rescue cat owner.
I had my own private sound vibration session where the therapist Himalayan metal bowls were placed on and around the body. It was so relaxing. I felt like I’d had a full body massage by the end of the session. I fell in love and wanted to make the practice part of my monthly “reset” and self-care. The practitioner was actually going out of business, so I searched to find another.
I did not find what I was looking for but discovered a certified and licensed sound therapy training program. This was in 2020. After graduating from Vibrational Sound Association’s very first online courses, I did a lot of internet searching on my own to put together several different versions of sound bath meditations.
Sound therapy keeps me in the moment. It is meditative for the attendees as well as the practitioner. I mostly enjoy seeing the transformation from “stressed out to blissed out” with those who take the time to rest and reset with sound therapy.
