The one-hour program entails a soothing sound bath experience. (Don’t worry, you won’t get wet!)
Ancient healing instruments are used to assist with resting the nervous system, enhance focus and memory, and creating a feeling of ease that you can take with you as you re-enter the world outside of the clinic.
