This 90 minute self-nurturing event includes:

  • Self love with hot stones placed on the heart center

  • Heart opening restorative yoga practice for releasing and receiving

  • Immersive heart chakra soothing vibrational sounds produced by therapeutic instruments

  • Re-entry time to journal while enjoying snacks and soul-nourishing herbal tea for your dosha.
